Return & Replacement
All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA#, which can be created by contacting us. You also need to provide the serial number of items and the problems you encounter. The items should be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Warranty
Innoptical offers a 3-year warranty on all Innoptical branded items.
In-warranty service:
Free analysis, repair, and replacement services are provided, if the product is serviced within the original warranty period.
Out-of-warranty service:
Services like repair and replacement will be charged, if the product is out of the original warranty period.
Warehouse & Delivery
We have warehouses in mainland China and Hong Kong and plan to build warehouses in other world regions to provide more timely deliveries.
We work with logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx to ensure fast delivery.
